This is an example Enterprise Data and Service Model for a typical financial services organisation. This site was generated from an ALFA data model. Majority of the types defined here are mock definitions apart from the ALFABank.Trade.Position namespace, which contains a detailed Trade Position model and validations, as per UK EMIR validation rules.

The sub-namespaces (such as Risk, Trade, Reporting) can be federated across the organization to different divisions and model repositories with their own governance and release processes. ALFA unifies the federated models and generates the organizational data products view as changes to the sub-models are published.

Besides this and documentation, code generated off the models which includes model validations, APIs, transformations and business rules, are published as code libraries available for building applications.
